The joke is, "Japanese people are attached to trash, so don't throw it away on the road while you're out." This is a joke that was born because the city of Japan has too little garbage. That's not really the case. lol
Japanese people don't have an attachment to garbage. As I mentioned earlier on my blog, since I was a kid, I said, "I will handle my garbage myself." And "I will not let others clean it. Don't bother others." However, since I have been educated since I was in elementary school, there are only a few people who throw trash on the road.
Garbage is also garbage for Japanese people. However, many people only understand the disadvantages of throwing them away on the roadside.
